Kokosmilch nach 10 Min. dazu geben. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Ingwer und Chilischote fein hacken und im hei\u00dfen Oliven\u00f6l anbraten. Currypaste, Tomatenmark und Stangenzimt dazu geben und mitbraten. In der Pfanne mit den fertigen Linsen mischen.<\/p>\n<p>Spinat waschen, von den St\u00e4ngeln befreien, trocknen und fein schneiden. 5 Min. kochen. Oder: TK-Spinat ca. 10 Minuten lang in Salzwasser d\u00fcnsten und mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken.
