Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und hacken. Im Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten. Curry, Ingwer und Kurkuma hinzugeben und kurz mit d\u00fcnsten. Blumenkohl und Cashew hinzugeben, mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Kokosmilch angie\u00dfen und ca. 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Einige Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen herausnehmen. Mit dem Zauberstab fein p\u00fcrieren und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnuss abschmecken.
