Lauchzwiebeln in kleine Scheiben schneiden. Das Oliven\u00f6l in einem Topf erhitzen und M\u00f6hren und Lauchzwiebeln, den Reis, die Rosinen und Cashew-Bruch unter R\u00fchren kurz anr\u00f6sten. Mit Koriander, Kurkuma und Harissa w\u00fcrzen und mit dem Wasser auff\u00fcllen. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, dabei immer mal wieder umr\u00fchren. Erbsen dazu geben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Falls das Pilav zu trocken ist, etwas Oliven\u00f6l dazu geben.
