Bruch*<\/li>\n<li>4 mittlere Zwiebeln<\/li>\n<li>2 Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n<li>600 &#8211; 800 ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l* zum anbraten<\/li>\n<li>1 TL\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kreuzk\u00fcmmel (Cumin)*<\/li>\n<li>1 TL\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Koriandersamen*<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer*, Salz*, Zimt* zum Abschmecken<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Bund Petersilie oder Dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* = aus dem Weltladen<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reis und Linsen mit jeweils der 1,5-fachen Menge Wasser aufkochen und bei kleinster Stufe 10 Minuten ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebeln in Ringe schneiden, Knoblauch klein w\u00fcrfeln und beides anschwitzen. Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Koriander im M\u00f6rser zerkleinern und mit in die Pfanne geben.<\/p>\n<p>Rosinen in lauwarmem Wasser einweichen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Reis, die Linsen, die Rosinen und die H\u00e4lfte der Zwiebeln in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mischen.
